Consent to use the Image

I hereby authorise BERGERAT MONNOYEUR SA (BCE 0419 725 928, Brusselsesteenweg 340, 3090 Overijse, Belgium) and its subsidiaries, agents, licensees and affiliates (the “User“), without restriction, to record my name, likeness, image, voice, photo and videos of me (hereinafter referred to as my “Image“) taken in the course of my activity within and/or participation to the event(s) of the Monnoyeur group or one of its subsidiaries, to communicate the Image to the public, and to use the Image for all known or future means of dissemination, in particular by means of press, publishing, posters, print, newspapers, multimedia, Internet, online services (including the intranet, extranet, social networks, websites and social network pages of companies belonging to or associated with the Monnoyeur Group) for the purposes of promotion and communication relating to the Monnoyeur Group and its activities.

I hereby declare and acknowledge that I have been and am fully informed of the nature of the use that may be made of the Image. I acknowledge that the User is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in the Image. I release the User from any expectation of confidentiality and acknowledge that attendance and participation in the event(s) is voluntary.  I will not receive any financial or other compensation, and I hereby waive all past, present and future rights of compensation, publicity or other interests I may have in or relating to the Image.

I fully understand the following information provided to me by BERGERAT MONNOYEUR SA in its capacity as the data controller of my personal data:

“Your first name, your surname and your image are collected by BERGERAT MONNOYEUR SA, responsible for the processing, in order to justify your agreement to the transfer of image rights and to allow its implementation. It is carried out on the basis of the consent you give when you register for the event. You have a right of access, rectification, portability, opposition and deletion as well as the possibility of defining particular directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of data. You may exercise these rights at any time with Legal Managers, knowing that the Monnoyeur Group also has a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the following address: dpo@monnoyeur.com. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (+32 (0)2 274 48 00, +32 (0)2 274 48 35, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be). Your data will be retained for a reasonable period of time in order to meet the above purposes and in accordance with the Monnoyeur Group’s internal retention policies.”

I declare that I have full capacity to consent to this authorisation, which will remain valid even in the event of a change in my civil status. This authorisation shall be governed by Belgian law.
